  • Brooke Byrd, M.S.

    CLINIC FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

    Brooke completed her Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) at Loyola Marymount University. After some time working in the field of ABA and receiving clinic training, Brooke fell in love and became passionate about providing quality ABA services. She recently received her Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis at Pepperdine University. Brooke plans to sit for the BCBA exam to pursue certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

    At a young age, Brooke became passionate about working with children and began working with families with young children 2016. Brooke also has experience working in a clinic setting with clients who range in age from 3-7 years old. When working with children, Brooke provides authenticity, dedication, and compassion to each individual child and family that she encounters.

    As a behavioral clinician, Brooke has an intuitive approach to understanding her clients in order to cater to their personal needs and goals.

    As the clinic owner, Brooke strives to create a place that feels like home to each clinician and child. She strives for a balance of structure and fun while consistently building strong relationships with the team and families at Conscious Kids.

  • Aisha Dilday, M.S.

    CO-DIRECTOR & TEAM COORDINATOR

    Since 2005 Aisha has served in the field of ABA providing clinical treatment to children with Autism. She has worked with children through direct intervention, within schools, as a supervisor, a parent educator, and as a consultant for individual families and classrooms in California and Nevada.

    For the past 7 years she has provided intensive training to those new to the field through didactic presentations and hands on teaching. Her passion for training is fueled by her desire to inspire new interventionists. They have the ability to change lives so their understanding of ABA and continual growth in the field is pertinent to not only their success, but the success of every client and family they have the honor to serve. The work is about people, not procedures.

    Aisha trains others to apply the foundations of ABA while keeping the unique individual as the priority.

  • Pamela Denise Lim

    HUMAN RESOURCES & OFFICE MANAGER

    Pamela Denise Lim is the Office Manager at Conscious Kids, where she plays a key role in supporting daily operations, organization, and overall team efficiency. She brings a strong focus on structure, professionalism, and follow-through, helping ensure the clinic runs smoothly so that clinicians can stay focused on client care. Pamela is passionate about creating supportive systems that help both staff and families feel organized, informed, and cared for. She is especially excited to grow within the Conscious Kids mission and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture. Pamela is also Adrianne’s sister, and shares a deep appreciation for meaningful, family-centered work that supports children in reaching their fullest potential.

  • Avery Encarnacion, B.A.

    FINANCE MANAGER AND SPEECH ASSISTANT

    Avery has her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and French and Francophone Studies from the University of San Diego. She first started working with Conscious Kids as an intern over the summer in 2022 and has come back every summer as a Behavior Technician until she recently graduated this past May. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology, bringing a fresh and dynamic perspective to the team.

    Avery’s optimism, kind-heart, and compassion has made her a wonderful clinician and helps her to understand that each kiddo has individual needs and goals. Her flexibility and quickness to learn has shown that she is able to take on a new role as Conscious Kid’s Finance Manager, Speech Assistant, and Teaching Assistant.

    As a Finance Manager, she expertly oversees all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in Conscious Kid’s financial operations. In her role as a Speech Assistant, she is able to offer hands-on support during the kiddos’s speech sessions at the clinic. As a Teaching Assistant, Avery works closely with Conscious Kid’s Academics teacher, Trista, helping to implement ideas and provide tailored support to help students achieve their goals.

    Avery is committed to creating a supportive and positive learning environment. She continuously seeks opportunities for growth and is always eager to learn new things. We are so happy to have Avery on our team!

  • Ashley Encarnacion

    FINANCIAL COORDINATOR

    Ashley Encarnacion has been a dedicated member of the Conscious Kids team as a clinician and is now transitioning into the role of Financial Coordinator. In this position, she will support payroll and financial operations, as well as work directly with families on invoices, insurance, and billing-related questions to help ensure clarity and consistency. Ashley brings valuable clinical experience that allows her to understand the needs of both families and staff, helping bridge care and operations in a meaningful way. She is excited to grow in this new role and continue supporting the Conscious Kids mission from a different, but equally important, perspective.

  • Jaqueline Cabello, M.A., BCBA

    Jackie has been practicing in the field of ABA since 2019, and began working at Conscious Kids in 2022 while she was studying for her Master’s Degree from Arizona State University (ASU).

    After graduating with her Master’s in 2023, Jackie began supervising cases at Conscious Kids as an Assistant Mentor. During this time, Jackie worked diligently to provide consistent and effective support to all of her clients and teams while simultaneously studying for the BCBA exam.

    In 2024, she became a BCBA and has continued providing quality supervision and mentorship at Conscious Kids.

    Jackie is an extremely strong clinician, and is passionate about helping her clients reach their goals. She provides a supportive yet firm approach to her teaching and creates strong rapport with each of her clients. Jackie is also great at providing support to the clinicians at Conscious Kids, and always strives to help them reach their full potential and continue learning throughout their careers.

    We are so grateful to have Jackie on our team, as she is not only an amazing BCBA, but also helps to create a wonderful environment at Conscious Kids!

  • Amy Bonadurer, M.A., BCBA

    Amy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Conscious Kids who previously worked in person with our team before relocating out of state. She now continues to support the organization remotely, providing clinical guidance and collaboration to our in-person BCBAs, joining client sessions through video support when needed, and assisting with the review and development of clinical reports. Amy brings consistency, insight, and a strong clinical presence to the team, helping ensure continuity of care across settings. She remains deeply connected to the Conscious Kids mission and is committed to supporting high-quality, compassionate care for every child we serve.

  • Adrianne Nicole Lim, M.A., BCBA

    Adrianne has always known she wanted to work with kids. She began her journey by volunteering for two summers with the youth at her local church, getting them more involved and organizing fun activities in the Philippines where she was born and raised.

    Her commitment continued as she spent over three years in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), helping those in need reach their full potential. Adrianne earned her Master of Arts in Special Education with distinction from Arizona State University (ASU) in 2023 after completing her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology at Cal State University, Long Beach, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2021.

    She is passionate and a dedicated professional with a heart for making a difference in the lives of the children she works with. Adrianne became a BCBA in December of 2023, furthering her career in ABA to continue providing quality services to all of her clients!

Bianca Guzman

Staff Trainer & Assistant Mentor

Bianca has been a part of Conscious Kids since 2023 and has grown into an important part of our team as our staff trainer. She began her Master’s program in ABA in Fall 2025 and is now stepping into a clinical support role, assisting our BCBAs on cases while continuing to build toward her goal of becoming a BCBA. Bianca is passionate about supporting both staff and clients and is excited to continue growing within the mission of Conscious Kids.

Paula Ysasi

Paula joined Conscious Kids in Summer 2025 and is currently completing her Master’s program in ABA. She is growing her clinical skills by supporting our BCBAs in supervision and casework, and is deeply committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children we serve as she works toward becoming a BCBA.
