  • Brooke Cyprus, M.S.

    CLINIC OWNER & DIRECTOR

    Brooke completed her Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) at Loyola Marymount University. After some time working in the field of ABA and receiving clinic training, Brooke fell in love and became passionate about providing quality ABA services. She recently received her Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis at Pepperdine University. Brooke plans to sit for the BCBA exam to pursue certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

    At a young age, Brooke became passionate about working with children and began working with families with young children 7 years ago. Brooke also has experience working in a clinic setting with clients who range in age from 3-7 years old. When working with children, Brooke provides authenticity, dedication, and compassion to each individual child and family that she encounters.

    As a behavioral clinician, Brooke has an intuitive approach to understanding her clients in order to cater to their personal needs and goals.

    As the clinic owner, Brooke strives to create a place that feels like home to each clinician and child. She strives for a balance of structure and fun while consistently building strong relationships with the team and families at Conscious Kids.

  • Jiaretzy De La Torre, B.A., RBT

    HUMAN RESOURCES & OFFICE MANAGER

    Jiaretzy has her Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Sciences and Education Sciences from UC Irvine and spent the past year working at Conscious Kids as a Registered Behavior Technician. She continuously showed a genuine care for each of the clients she worked with, and grew to be an amazing clinician who helped push each kiddo towards their goals daily. While she is no doubt a wonderful Behavioral Clinician, she has recently transitioned in her role here at Conscious Kids to focus on Human Resources, Marketing, and other Managerial Tasks.

    With her personable and kindhearted character, Jiaretzy has formed close relationships with all of the staff, administrators, and families here at Conscious Kids, and is excited to continue those relationships throughout the office while in her new role.

    As the Human Resources and Office Manager of Conscious Kids, Jiaretzy strives to bring an organized, and thoughtful approach to helping in the growth and upkeep of our clinic. She also plans on continuing to make meaningful relationships with all teams that we collaborate with, potential and current staff, and of course, all of the amazing families and children that we get the privilege of working with.

    We are so lucky to have Jiaretzy on our team, and she is looking forward to growing in this new position!

  • Aisha Dilday, M.S.

    LEAD STAFF TRAINER & FAMILY COORDINATOR

    Since 2005 Aisha has served in the field of ABA providing clinical treatment to children with Autism. She has worked with children through direct intervention, within schools, as a supervisor, a parent educator, and as a consultant for individual families and classrooms in California and Nevada.

    For the past 7 years she has provided intensive training to those new to the field through didactic presentations and hands on teaching. Her passion for training is fueled by her desire to inspire new interventionists. They have the ability to change lives so their understanding of ABA and continual growth in the field is pertinent to not only their success, but the success of every client and family they have the honor to serve. The work is about people, not procedures.

    Aisha trains others to apply the foundations of ABA while keeping the unique individual as the priority.

  • Amy Bonadurer, M.A., BCBA

  • Adrianne Nicole Lim, M.A., BCBA

    Adrianne has always known she wanted to work with kids. She began her journey by volunteering for two summers with the youth at her local church, getting them more involved and organizing fun activities in the Philippines where she was born and raised.

    Her commitment continued as she spent over three years in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), helping those in need reach their full potential. Adrianne earned her Master of Arts in Special Education with distinction from Arizona State University (ASU) in 2023 after completing her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology at Cal State University, Long Beach, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2021.

    She is passionate and a dedicated professional with a heart for making a difference in the lives of the children she works with. She is currently preparing to sit for her BCBA exam, further demonstrating her dedication to the field of special education and ABA.
